Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes and regulations
- Perform hydrostatic testing, pipe inspections, and fixture installations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional conduct
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and maintain organized service vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber license
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, boilers, and HVAC systems
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid Washington driver's license
- Experience with green plumbing technologies preferred
