Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes
- Collaborate with contractors and clients for seamless project execution
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
- Mentor apprentice plumbers as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license in District of Columbia
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe rehabilitation technologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
