Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Adhere to Virginia building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials
- Provide emergency plumbing services on rotating schedule
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Virginia plumbing license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required
