Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of materials
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Experience with backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
