Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and answer questions.
- Manage tools and materials efficiently, keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with apprentices and other team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
