Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan installations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and prevent future failures.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly to clients and offering solutions.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
