Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe repair, and fixture installation.
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and sewage systems in compliance with local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Inspect systems to identify potential issues and provide maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Ensure all work meets state and municipal safety and building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project timelines and costs clearly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including job sites and personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber’s License.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
