Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater services
- Adhere to local building codes and safety protocols
- Manage job scheduling and material inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of drain cleaning, pipefitting, and fixture installation
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Experience with tankless water heater systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
