Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan layouts.
- Locate and diagnose leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues to clients clearly.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative maintenance on plumbing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with foremen and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, drainage systems, and water treatment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with modern plumbing tools, trenchless technology, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
