Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during evening hours
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Complete service calls with precision while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization and scheduling
- Maintain and service plumbing equipment including water heaters, boilers, and sump pumps
- Document service reports and maintain accurate job records
- Provide exceptional customer communication during after-hours service calls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Denver municipal plumbing codes and regulations
