Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC/VA plumbing license or equivalent reciprocity
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency with trenchless technology and pipe inspection cameras
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
