Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing components
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with Texas Plumbing Codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service calls and project timelines
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles for optimal field performance
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license (mandatory)
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water heater systems
- Strong diagnostic skills with plumbing diagnostic tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency calls
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in confined spaces
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
