Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for project scheduling and communication
- Perform hydrostatic testing, pipefitting, and fixture installations
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and technical best practices
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of materials
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with pipefitting, welding, and drain cleaning equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heater/boiler repairs
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
