Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling per engineering blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install/repair concrete foundations, scaffolding, and structural frameworks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during night shift operations
- Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional trade teams
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Complete daily progress reports and quality inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification mandatory
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and blueprint reading
- Night shift availability (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Welding or forklift certification preferred
