Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using video inspection tools and pressure testing
- Coordinate with team leads on job scheduling and material logistics
- Ensure compliance with Arizona plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide clear estimates to clients and explain service options
- Perform emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of tools/parts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as a licensed Journeyman Plumber (AZ License # required)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Experience with tankless water heaters, repiping, and trenchless technology
- Strong diagnostic skills for drain/sewer line issues
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screening required
- Spanish fluency a plus for diverse clientele
