Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage lines.
- Perform thorough inspections to diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide accurate estimates.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical details in plain language and managing expectations.
- Ensure all work complies with Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and blueprints to execute precise installations and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) and work in confined spaces or varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
