Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including water heaters, faucets, pipes, and drains
- Install new plumbing fixtures and systems for remodeling projects
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing Journeyman license required
- Minimum 5 years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Background check and drug screen required
