Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Install, repair, and replace piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures according to local codes and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, defects, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quoting and maintaining a clean work area.
- Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
