Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pipe fitting, leak detection, and repair for residential and commercial clients.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water heaters, sump pumps, and sewage systems.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Adhere strictly to all local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and emergency repairs with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license (State of Michigan required).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces or various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
