Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine the optimal layout for piping.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and pressure problems.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national building codes.
- Use hand and power tools correctly to cut, thread, and assemble pipes.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide accurate estimates and updates.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 4 years of verifiable work experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of pipefitting, soldering, brazing, and welding techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel to job sites within PA and the DC area.
