- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance policies for engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous system performance tuning and security audits.
- Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Azure.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration is a plus.
