- System Modernization: Lead the architectural overhaul of legacy systems, ensuring seamless integration with emerging AI and cloud technologies.
- Scalability Planning: Design robust, high-availability architectures capable of handling projected growth in user base and data volume.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade security protocols and regulatory compliance measures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects with complex timelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
