Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development of 2026-focused technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Direct cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through investor presentations and grant applications
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize breakthrough research
- Develop scalable tech ecosystems for 2026+ adoption scenarios
- Mentor talent pipeline through industry-academia collaboration programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum/AI/tech ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
