- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps with 18-36 month execution timelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and long-term value creation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional skills in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
