Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines capable of handling 2026 and beyond data volumes.
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints and innovative features.
- Team Mentorship & Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices.
- Pioneering Research: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends (e.g., Quantum AI, Autonomous Agents) and evaluate their potential application within our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Programming Proficiency: Mastery of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
