Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for our 2026 AI product suite, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native infrastructure to support future growth.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model explainability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI technologies.
