Responsibilities

- Define the long-term AI roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ensure AI compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices across all development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or similar high-performance languages.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse stakeholders.
