Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architectural framework for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to develop proprietary generative models.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models on Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, optimizing for latency and cost.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the strategic vision of the 2026 project.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with secure data handling and privacy-preserving machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
