Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision and strategy for our core AI models, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large language models and neural networks for inference speed and accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and security teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into production environments.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks in the AI lifecycle and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing systems.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing microservices architectures and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Innovation: Experience with generative AI, reinforcement learning, or NLP is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for diverse stakeholders.
