Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
