Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, long-context LLM systems capable of managing complex, multi-step reasoning tasks.
- Design robust agent workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise data lakes and legacy systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) strategies.
- Ensure model safety, alignment, and ethical governance across all deployed AI solutions.
- Mentor a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate 2026 vision into technical reality.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Proven expertise in building and optimizing transformer-based architectures (GPT, LLaMA, Claude).
- Strong command of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (DVC, Kubeflow).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
