Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the long-term technical roadmap, identifying key AI breakthroughs and integration strategies for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems for machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems to ensure low latency and high accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic chips) and assess their feasibility for our future product lines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading high-impact projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
