- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to develop proprietary models capable of autonomous reasoning and complex problem-solving.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimental prototyping to production deployment on cloud-native platforms.
- Ensure architectural integrity and performance optimization for real-time data processing and low-latency inference systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers and legal teams to ensure AI compliance, safety, and ethical standards are met.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Multimodal Learning, and Neuromorphic Computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and vector databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
