Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our strategic initiatives for the 2026 roadmap. As pioneers in next-generation cognitive computing, we are building the infrastructure that will define the future of human-machine interaction. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and ethically sound AI systems that power our enterprise solutions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our models are not only state-of-the-art but also deployable at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and architect the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and scalability of AI models.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic computing) for potential integration.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
