Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 scalability benchmarks.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced Generative AI models and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines.
- Design robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable data pipelines to support real-time inference at scale.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model governance, versioning, and deployment efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain system integrity and performance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and modern programming languages (Python, Rust).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive team consensus.
