Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of the 2026 AI core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for our next-generation machine learning platforms.
- Lead a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference costs for large-scale applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
