Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the architecture of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and continuous integration.
- Mentor and mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leads to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and edge AI.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to support real-time inference and predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
