Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for 2026 workloads.
- Algorithm Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives into Generative AI 2.0, focusing on efficiency, reasoning, and multimodal capabilities.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing protocols into classical AI pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and senior developers alike.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap and product vision for future AI products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and neuromorphic computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize model inference latency.
