Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of processing next-gen data streams.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating Quantum AI into our core product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards and best practices for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and assess their viability for implementation.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) in mission-critical applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale with high availability and low latency.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to classical algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
