Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making in complex environments.
- Lead the architecture for next-generation LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge deployment scenarios.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in future-proof systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate strategic 2026 roadmaps into technical reality.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of vector databases, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
