Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling real-time data streams and complex generative tasks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for our AI stack, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, neuromorphic computing) to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from training and fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor a world-class team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, security, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core business operations.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all automated systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in advanced AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks. Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Seldon).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven track record of working on bleeding-edge technologies or futuristic system designs. Ability to anticipate industry shifts 2-3 years out.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, drive projects from conception to completion, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, open-ended problems in dynamic environments.
