Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed specifically for the high-performance demands of 2026.
- Define the strategic roadmap for integrating Generative AI and Autonomous Agents into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of cutting-edge frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, Transformer models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong command of Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
