Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring we are ahead of the curve for 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, large-scale AI and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or Senior AI Engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Architecture: Proven track record designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Generative AI: Strong background in LLMs, NLP, and prompt engineering.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive complex projects to completion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
