Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise deployment and real-time inference.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, reproducibility, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business ecosystems.
- Establish AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical data usage and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Drive research into emerging technologies, including Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
