- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge technology.
- Drive innovation in algorithmic efficiency and model deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven experience designing systems that handle massive scale and high concurrency.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
- Experience in the fintech or healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
