Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI-driven infrastructure for enterprise applications.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of deep learning models and neural networks.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability across AWS and Azure environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI research and integrate emerging technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
