Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design scalable, efficient architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems expected to emerge by 2026.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance inference clusters capable of handling real-time, billion-parameter generation.
- Neuromorphic Integration: Integrate neuromorphic hardware accelerators to reduce energy consumption and increase processing speed.
- MLOps Leadership: Build and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline for AI model training, testing, and deployment.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Implement rigorous safety protocols and alignment strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Expertise: 7+ years of experience in deep learning, specifically with Transformer architectures, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Future Tech Familiarity: Experience with or research interests in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
