Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026 systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define the technical vision and best practices for AI/ML engineering within the organization.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from prototyping to production deployment.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture assessments to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI models to production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
