Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for model training, fine-tuning, and optimization pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure the security, ethics, and transparency of our AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure production-grade reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
