Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the design and implementation of our core AI models, focusing on Generative AI and NLP.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a team of talented data engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI data within the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
